Personal assistance by appointment only

The majority of individuals and businesses will find it easier and quicker to search answers to their questions at skat.dk or skat.dk/english or to call us.

This means that it is only in certain circumstances and after pre-arrangement that you can meet with us if you have questions to your tax matters.

However, you can go to one of the Danish Motor Vehicle Agency's four Vehicle Registration Offices for matters relating to number plates and vehicle registration without an appointment.

If you cannot find the answers you search at skat.dk/english and we are unable to assist you over the phone, we will set up a personal appointment with one of our employees. Your appointment will be arranged within five workingdays in this period of time:

Monday: 10.00 - 16.00
Tuesday - Friday: 10.00 - 14.00

Personal assistance is possible (by appointment) at the Danish Tax Agency in Rønne, Copenhagen, Høje-Taastrup, Fredensborg, Næstved, Odense, Haderslev, Ribe, Aarhus, Herning, Struer and Aalborg.

However, if you have questions relating to foreign issues, such as foreign income, double taxation, limited tax liability, etc., you can only get an appointment for personal assistance at the Danish Tax Agency in Ribe, Aarhus, Aalborg, Odense, Rønne, Høje-Taastrup and Copenhagen.
