About the form
This form is for anyone who wishes to give relatives or others, for example a family member, power of attorney as a party representative in matters relating to the Danish Motor Vehicle Agency (Motorstyrelsen).
The power of attorney can be submitted by both the principal and the power of attorney holder.
When the power of attorney holder submits the form to the Motor Vehicle Agency, the power of attorney form must be digitally signed by the principal.
