Import of vehicle with original foreign number plates

You must ensure that the vehicle is covered by liability insurance during those 30 days.  

• Once you have filled in the form, a receipt will be issued. 
• You must print the receipt and keep it in the car. 
• Please make sure NOT to close your browser until you have checked that you have received the receipt by email. 
• If you do not receive the email, you can print the summary image instead. 
• Note! You must take proper care when filling in the form. You can only apply for one permit per vehicle, and it is not possible to make changes to an issued permit. It is therefore important that you fill in the form correctly and do not apply until you are sure of the date you will be importing the vehicle into Denmark.
