Application for an AKR number (Businesses)

This form is for non-Danish businesses without a Danish CVR no. (business registration no.).

Please complete, sign and submit the form by email to motorekspedition@motorst.dk or by regular post to the Danish Motor Vehicle Agency:

Besides the form, you should submit the following:

• Business registration no., possible VAT no. and name of business owner(s)
• Business owner(s) ID, for example:
• driving licence issued in an EU/EEA country, in Greenland or the Faroe Islands
• passport, including NATO passport
• ID card issued by the Danish Defence or the Danish police
• residence permit with photo ID issued in Denmark
• national photo ID issued by the public authorities in your home country.
